Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Wiggle Waggle Pets. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we encourage you to review our return and exchange policy.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and return shipping is free for most returns. There are no restocking fees. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below:

Ineligible Returns: The following items cannot be returned:
- Damaged items
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
- Customized items
- Final sale items (these cannot be returned or exchanged)
- Return Authorization Required: Customers must initiate a return request before sending the order back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
- For most returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If you are returning an item due to defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, a prepaid shipping label will still be provided, but the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Before returning an item, you must first start a return request. You can do this in two ways:

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, based on your preference.
Store Credit Policy
If you prefer, you may request store credit or a gift card instead of a refund. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Sale and discounted items qualify for store credit only and cannot be refunded.
Credit Details
- Store credits never expire.
- Store credits cannot be used to cover shipping fees.
Exchange Policy
We allow one-time exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase, provided that the requested variation is available.
Exchange Requirements
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for inspection before an exchange is processed.
- Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color.
- Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
- Final sale items cannot be exchanged.
